HOUSE RULES We have quiet hours between 11pm and 8am when we request you just turn it all down for a bit for the neighbours and the general night time ambiance of the place; nothing heavy! Carry on as normal, just shut the door if music is on etc.

Sorry No ball games in the garden-we have flowering borders and rare plants.

DOGS: we are dog lovers but please observe the following…

Only dogs on leads outside in the wider garden beyond your closed patio area. You as pet owner are responsible for removing any evidence of your pet.

Please show consideration for guests visiting after you have gone, please clean up all pet hair on furniture and floors.

Please no unattended pets left on/or in the property. Any damage caused by you or your pet must be paid for before the end of the stay.

Please keep pets off beds and furniture, although you may wish to bring your own sofa throw.

Please no pets in bedrooms.

On departure please follow our guidelines for the protection of us and future guests

Empty/recycle all bins to the bin at the roadside beside the entrance

Dishwash all crockery, glasses and cutlery.

Please return all furniture and furnishing to how they were on arrival

Empty the fridge and freezer

Please clean any cooker, oven, hob, microwave worktop, splash back you have made dirty and sweep/hoover/mop the floors if you have made them excessively dirty and especially if you have a pet with you please clean up all pet hair etc.
