Magnificent North Norfolk Listed barns, lovely rural location 5 minutes from Cromer and the sea. 2 acre gardens with parking. Pub in the village. All on the ground floor with 2 steps in (message me for disabled access with no steps). We have vaulted timbered ceilings, FREE SUPERFAST FIBRE-OPTIC BROADBAND, satellite TV, patio and large gardens beyond. Beautiful historic old barns and a lovely rural location. And your best friend, the dog is welcome too.

Through the garden entrance is the open plan kitchen living room. With 2 leather sofas and satelite tv and beyond an extensive island kitchen with stools, big fridge freezer and 2 dishwashers, 4 plate ceramic hob, microwave and full size oven.

This opens onto the dining room and beyond through a door three bedrooms accessed by a passage with long windows along its length. The king size bedroom is very spacious, with wardrobe, glass door looking down the length of the garden and long window onto the courtyard; the second double room has a double size bed, glass door looking across the garden and chest of drawers; the third bedroom has twin beds and a chest of drawers, it has no external window but a glass top internal door with curtain to the well lit corridor. With a wet room bathroom, with shower and further cupboard space.

Outside there is a picnic bench with views over the lawn. There are tall mature oaks and ash surrounding the area, sheep and chickens, cattle pastures and open fields whilst we are also close to transport links to get you to the beach, the woods, or into town. We are a short walk out of the village and open onto lovely walks into the countryside (including walk to Felbrigg Hall, lake and parkland).

Parking is in the gated grounds, 50 meters from your barn. Cromer and the beach is a 5 minute drive.

Remote check in: arrive, park, let yourself in (keysafe) anytime that suits you after 3pm on arrival day.
